So its skills day today. We will of course be concentrating on the Oly Lifting side of things. We want you to work on the Snatch and more importantly, the 2 Position Snatch. So can you move those hips fast enough underneath the bar for the second time around? We will find out today.

Top deck of the bus was out of the question today. Having to use handrails just to sit down. FML. What do I do to fix my (stupid) legs?
I hear that! My quads are toast after the combo of Murph on Saturday followed by GTOH + squats on Monday. Did the lunchtime workout today and really struggled through the warmup. Let me know if you find a quick remedy… I could use it!
(I do think getting the blood moving helped… seems to feel much worse after sitting around, I’ve noticed)
